Canceling or changing your membership to The Service Guide is simple to do.

Each membership option we offer is shaped to provide different sets of benefits to our members. Depending on what a member is trying to achieve, one membership option may make sense today, while a different option may make sense six months from now or next year. Therefore, we want to make it easy for our members to upgrade, downgrade, cancel or swap their membership levels anytime they want to make a change. 


Want to cancel, upgrade or make a change to your membership?  No problem.  Here's what to do:

 

To cancel a membership:

If you currently have a SAVERS or a PRIORITY Membership, you can easily switch one for the other.

To upgrade your membership:

If you currently have a FREE Membership, you can upgrade to a SAVERS, a PRIORITY, or a SELECT Membership.


If you currently have a SAVERS or a PRIORITY Membership, you can upgrade to a SELECT Membership.


Here's how to upgrade your membership:

  • You can do this yourself by going back to our Membership Page
  • Simply select the new Membership Option you would like to upgrade to and purchase the new membership level
  • When your request for the upgrade is received with your payment, we will automatically take care of canceling any duplication of memberships under your name
  • Watch your inbox for confirmation and completion of your change request
 

To downgrade your membership:

If you currently have a SELECT Membership, you can downgrade to a PRIORITY, a SAVERS, or a FREE Membership.


If you currently have a PRIORITY or a SAVERS Membership, you can downgrade to a FREE Membership.


Here's how to downgrade your membership:

  • You can do this yourself by going back to our Membership Page
  • Simply select the new Membership Option you would like to change to and purchase the new membership level
  • When your change request is received with your payment, we will automatically take care of canceling  your previous membership option and reassigning your membership level
  • Watch your inbox for confirmation and completion of your change request
